Magical Midnight Sun Flavours
It’s usually best to keep it simple. The ice cream flavours are sourced from nature – from local flavours matured in the Midnight Sun to flavours sourced from exotic foreign locations – and we do everything ourselves. With great passion.
We flavour our ice creams using eight basic flavours. Ancient or modern classics: spruce, milk, rhubarb, dark chocolate accompanied by liquorice, pistachio, chocolate and vanilla.
Our products do not contain artificial colouring, sweetening or flavouring. Every ingredient we use is of the highest quality possible.

Seasonal Flavours
Seasonal flavours are also available. Raspberry- blueberry and cloudberry ice cream is only made when these Arctic berries are freshly available.
And because life isn’t boring, we flavour it according to seasonal festivities, with Christmas and Easter having their own flavours, while for Valentine’s Day we send retailers our special batch of Rose Petal ice cream.
